Customer Service is having issues IMO

Well I did get the price reduced but the new invoice they sent me last night says zero balance owing so basically I only paid the deposit for my January 30th edge cruise. 

They are going to fix it but will take up to 48 hours to generate another one. They're busy with new Beyond bookings. My CVP is on vacation and poor girl I spoke to last night seemed exhausted, however,  she did what I asked of her.
