AI benefits not reflected on website

Do any of you have experience with AI Benefits which appear on your Booking confirmation but aren't showing up in the Celebrity website under your reservation details?

I called twice for reassurance that I do, in fact, have all of those perks included and they did tell me, yes, I have everything, but it's odd that none of these AI options show up on my booking.

When you do a fake booking, don't put in your CC number and the AI perks will appear. If you put you CC number in, they will not be included in the reservation details but the price will be less.

I don't think this is my issue.  I booked a casino rate and they included all the perks.

I could never understand why bookings made with Celebrity never show details in Manage My Booking.  It should indicate a breakdown of price, taxes,  deposit and what perks are included.  You have to call and request a Reservation Confirmation, which is emailed to you.  I have found from experience that it’s important to keep the agent on the line while you get the email and read it over.  Many folks have found that all is not what it should be and had to call back.  It’s a good thing that once onboard all this stuff just melts away and you’re enjoying all that  your Celebrity cruise has to offer!

I apologize. I totally misunderstood what the OP was asking. When I look at one of our bookings in the Personalizer, the only reference I see that hints we have AI as part of the booking is that the amount of Gratuities is listed in the Reservation Details - and that only happens after the booking has been in place for around a week or two. That's why receiving the booking confirmation via email is so important.

You can also call the Celebrity 1-800 number (without actually talking with anyone) and have your booking's latest confirmation emailed to the address noted on the booking.

Go to your cruise planner.  Select your cruise.  Click the Order History at the top.  You should see entries for your AI package items, each with $0 balance.

I found Order History, but the only orders shown are for my reservations at Fine Cut and Eden.

Click on one of the Cruise Planner options (e.g., Shore Excursions), "Order History" will then appear in the upper right hand corner.

Yes, I found Order History.  but still "no" for me.  None of my AI benefits are reflected

When did you book.  It can take a couple of days or even a week for AI benefits to show up online.

Often the Beverage Package and Internet do not show up in Order History until after final payment.

At least that was the case on our 2 cruises last month.   However if your booking included OBC from Celebrity  then that will show up in the Cruise Planner within a day or so.  That is generally a good indication that the perks are on your booking. If you booked through a TA then the gratuities do not show on line, only on the booking confirmation.

The easiest way is to get a Reservation Confirmation emailed to you and print it out.  This breaks down your price and shows your AI and OBC.  I can never find this information in my online booking.  I like having it printed out and filed with our cruise docs.

It’s very confusing…we are in a sky suite…some of my confirmations show paying for perks and then subtracted…but my latest confirmation just says retreat and does not list the perks however I do have the $600 OBC..I keep asking my TA and he says I have it…I guess I would just like it in writing…I don’t want to end up in Rome with no drink package,WIFI or tips paid for.

I would imagine even if you have booked through a TA, you should still be able to call the Celebrity 1-800 number, option 1, then option 3, enter your booking number, and "the computer" will email you your latest confirmation (minus any TA additives of course).
