This is pretty much Wynn's standard offer if you have one of their "Red" loyalty cards.  Notice that it doesn't include waiving the dreaded resort fee which is pretty much what the "Resort Credit" would be.  I also quit Las Vegas years ago and happily spend my gambling $$$ on a cruise ship instead. 😊

I agree with the previous posters - Vegas is done for me.  We used to go 5-6 times a year and it was fun and not very expensive in total.  Now, with the resort fees, parking fees, increased prices across the board PLUS the worsening of gambling rules/odds, it is just too expensive.

Plenty of other places will gladly take my gambling money (here in Oklahoma we have MANY nice casinos now).  IMO, the shipboard gambling is a better option cost wise.

We use to go to Las Vegas six times a year. After not going for three years, we recently went and I don't think we will go back any time soon.  The minimum bet on the tables (blackjack , craps, ultimate holdem  etc) was $50.  I'm satisfied with gambling on a cruise, even though the payouts are not as good as Las Vegas.

As mentioned, the rate for the HAL special rate at they Wynn is the normal rate if you have a Red Card (players card).  If you gamble a little, they will send better offers.
