ready2cruzagain Posted December 11, 2021 #1 Share Posted December 11, 2021 (edited) Okay, below I will give the link. I went to MSC USA and then Our Cruises then MSC Experiences and Staterooms. I went down to Fantastica and clicked see all details, Relaxation and well being. It states Fantastica Experience gets Access to Solarium and access to Thermal area. It says the following below. It does not say for Aurea which I thought at first, it says for Fantastica. What am I missing here? Here is the link https://www.msccruisesusa.com/cruise/experiences-staterooms#19CB7ED4-90EC-46F9-93EF-3ADD6933CC4D Edited December 11, 2021 by ready2cruzagain
ready2cruzagain Posted December 11, 2021 Author #2 Share Posted December 11, 2021 So I am guessing that Fantastica, even inside according to what it says, gets access to Thermal Spa and Solarium with the new cabin classification changes???? Cause that is sure how it reads.
sidari Posted December 11, 2021 #3 Share Posted December 11, 2021 Clearly a mistake and the wrong way around, don't go booking Fantastica on the back of it.

I already am booked Fantastica and know this was not like this when I booked. That is why I asked.
deliver42 Posted December 11, 2021 #5 Share Posted December 11, 2021 Just the usual problems with the MSC web site. What they show for Fantastica is only for Aurea.

Booked Fantastica for Seashore next month and it certainly didn’t say that when I booked a couple of weeks ago. Print it out and see if they honor it lol can’t hurt to try. TheSoccerCoach Posted December 12, 2021 #9 Share Posted December 12, 2021 Also, if I am reading the website correctly, Aurea no longer automatically includes the Easy Package? No drink package auto in Aurea booking?

And, now only a 40percent discount on massages...why is Aurea being downgraded? Now, only YC is truly all inclusive. Seems a step in the wrong direction.
