It was linked to the July 13 cruise (raise in price under the sale) so she couldn't refare me on her computer and had to call. Poor thing! Anyway it was worth the effort. With the reduction in price on the cruise ($2500) and then me changing the flights on EZAir afterwards to a different category we saved around $4000 yesterday. That is terrific news :). Another good example of why it truly pays (with major dollars) to use a decent cruise/travel agent. We have found this true with every cruise line (and we have been on 16 lines) although the financial advantages do wane when booking with some of the ultra luxury lines (I.e.
