Casino offer Booking help!

Hi all, 

I booked directly with Carnival for our trip leaving Jan 3,2022 a few  weeks away. We received a great Casino offer today I’ve been on the phone for a few hours today to be transferred to the Casino Dept but know one answers and after 30 min I get disconnected. I would like to hopefully change the booking. 
It’s basically the same room suite just much better deal any options or advice would be much appreciated. Happy Holidays!

If you have not tried this already, try calling the main number and enter extension 70358 when asked for which extension. That should get you to the casino offer guys from what I have seen posted before.

If you have a PVP,  I would start there.  That happened to me on a cruise I took in November. After booking, got a much better casino offer and she was able to change it over for me.  Good luck.

Another benefit of having a PVP. This happened to us once, called our PVP and he took care of it for us.

When I call my PVP to book, the first things she checks is my casino offers and takes the best offer to book.

kind of OT, but where can I view what offer I booked with? I can't recall what cruises were a casino offer.

I think you go to the ocean players club sure and use the contact form - I think it's called offer verification?  Then you'll have it in writing, too.
