If you wanted to rent a car for a week before your cruise who would you rent from?

Maybe car rental rates have gotten better since I looked. When I wanted to go renting a car cost more than the hotel lol. I finally found the best rate was thru disney.

At the airport from the one I could get the best rates with....Check out rates from Costco if you're a member.

Are you AAA, AARP, or a member of any other such organization? They all usually have discounts set up with various car rental agencies.

 

And, since this is a cruise board, I'll ask the question of why for a week? 

My example only.

I have rented from MCO and cruised out of Port Canaveral. However, we did stay around Orlando for a few days pre-cruise. We always dropped the car off at the car rental agency in Cocoa Beach though. Then when we got off the ship when we returned, we took the shuttle back over to the car rental agency, picked up another rental and dropped off at MCO.

When I rent at MCO, I look at that website that has the HOT WIRE.  Sometimes I can find a good rate with it.  Otherwise, I rent through Sixt and have gotten good rates.

Alamo thru Costco for us. Side A and B have rentals and returns. Side A is normally less busy.
