Panorama sailing #s

I am leaving on it in 2 days and will let you know - it looks considerably more full compared with past weeks based on the number of cabins available at this time (last week's sailing had many available just two days before and this sailing only has about 175). But I know there can be last minute cancellations so anything can happen!

Leaving on the Panorama next week and was wondering the % of capacity the ships been running.

   Mahalo

Jan 22-29 there were 2389.  Very enjoyable with the smaller crowds.  We did encounter full venue capacity at the comedian shows in the Limelight Lounge and elbow to elbow seating in the Horizon MDR for early fixed dining.  Jacuzzis were also crowded on sea days.  I can't imagine what it would have been like with a full ship.  Hope your trip is as fun and relaxing as ours was.

Mahalo, just curious. Our sailing shows all suites and balcony rooms taken.

This week we have just over 3,200 passengers on board. 1,000 more than just two weeks ago. They are expecting this and more through the end of spring break at least.

When is spring break? I chose the 19th cruise as i figured after Valentines Day, that and our 34th anny is the 24th.

Small is relative--I saw the Panorama in Cabo as I sailed past on the Majestic Princess, which had 935 passengers. On port days it was like having my own private yacht. I would imagine the passenger count on Panorama would shoot up considerably if the mask requirements were loosened and omicron case counts continue to fall. I booked Panorama for April 9, not realizing Long Beach is having a racing Grand Prix that weekend.

A lot of school districts in CA have the week of Feb. 19th off for winter break.  Then, there is Spring break usually the week before or after Easter.

Glad I am going the 24th so hopefully not too many kids and it will be quiet! Wonder what the capacity will be.

They are expecting the 26th to be their busiest sailing since the restart. Expect 3,800-4,000+. Huge amount of casino offer bookings. Did you mean Feb 26th or a different month?

We are going over son's spring break-week of March 12 for us. It is generally a week earlier than most. Unless they ae holding a bunch of cabins back for isolation purposes or still have a % blocked out for capacity concerns that week looks like it will be pretty full. Suites are gone

February 26, 2022 is supposed to be busy?  That is a bummer.

If we want cruising to survive we better hope they start sailing at close to capacity.  I was on the NCL Bliss over NY and it wasn't nearly capacity.  Seemed weird.  I'm on the 2/19 Panorama, hoping things back to normal.

ok, so nothing in advance of going as far as passenger booked count.  I dont really care, I have personally never felt crowded on any cruise ship. We planned the March 12th cruise around a teacher's spring break so this might be a new experience for us since we always cruise when kids are in school with less capacity.
