Anchorage?

I have an Alaska cruise ending at Whittier with a Princess airport transfer to Anchorage.

 

Air Canada has changed my flight from Anchorage to Vancouver to 12:50pm.

EzAir has the Air Canada 12:50pm listed, so we should make the flight, correct?

You will have no problem making that flight.  You have apparently booked a Princess transfer and they will ensure you will reach the Anchorage airport with no issues.  That ship most likely dock in Whittier a little after midnight as they have "built in" extra time for any storm delays in the Gulf of Alaska.  The transfers will start departing around 7 AM.
