Yes, there normally are .

Off the center road that splits between Kings Wharf and Heritage Wharf there is a designated location for taxi tour operators and another for minibus tour operators. 

 

You could also arrange your taxi tour in advance. There were several that always got good reviews. Unfortunately as things came to a halt for two years that info is dated and I don't know who is still operating. A non taxi tour operator who always gets good reviews is Heidi Cowan of Byways travel.
