Good morning,

Can any recent travelers or locals advise on whether the water taxi is currently operating between Port Seraphine and the ferry dock? We have a private excrursion booked on 4/30/22 that departs from the ferry dock, and unsure where our ship will dock, so looking at having a plan regardless of whether we dock at Port Seraphine orLa Place Carenage. Many thanks!

No doubt the Princess will answer this one.

For one’s part, there are plenty of taxis available from PLC to take the short journey to the ferry terminal.
However, would have thought the private tour company would have arranged the transport as part of their service.  St Lucia is known for the quality of service and support for guests in their country.

Also, their Rum is very good, even at lower price points, being not artificially enhanced with sweeteners etc., or messed about with. Pure St Lucia.

You can see where you're ship is due to dock here:

https://www.slaspa.com/index.php/seaports/more-seaports/cruise

P/S is Pointe Seraphine, 3&4 is La Place Caranage.

It appears from your other posts that your on Equinox on the 24 April - if so, you're docking at Pointe Seraphine. And the only ship in port that day.

And absolutely agree with Port Royale, your private tour company should be making arrangements to get you from PS to where the tour starts.

It's unlikely the water taxi will be running with only one ship in port, so have a backup plan. It does run on days with lots of ships - one ship, not usually.

And seriously, ask your private tour company about them arranging getting you to the start point.

Safe travels..
