How to cancel excursion online?

Hi,

 

Need some help here. Trying to cancel excursion online. Cannot find a button to click CANCEL. Anyone done this before.

 

The call center is impossible. Long wait time. The operator picks up and puts you on hold. I gave up after 20 minutes.

When looking at your Itinerary (under Already Booked), there is an option to cancel an excursion or dining reservation.

Thanks. I had checked immediately after making the bookings. There was a cancellation button.

 

Today, no button! 

 

I finally got thru to the call center and cancelled manually. I'll rebook the excursions on the ship. 🙄

No button - but there's a "Cancel this shore excursion?" link under each excursion on my Itinerary. It's there today - I just checked. Used it successfully on another excursion yesterday. Using Windows 10 with Edge and/or Chrome.

 

Glad you were able to get thru to the call center and cancel.

Cruise Suzy - thanks so much for posting your reply.  I have been trying to cancel my shore excursion for the last half an hour and thanks to you I finally figured it out.

YES.  Thank you so, so much.  I have spent half a day trying to figure this out.  🙂  Done in less than five minutes.  It's so easy when  you know where to look.

We are Sheryl (CC name Searider) and Richard (who goes by RC) from Minnesota.  We just booked this cruise and would love to do  Meet and great, and Poker/Pub crawl.  I will email the proper parties with our information.  We are on the Jun 11 to Jul 2 leg.  We have not yet been assigned a cabin.  Will supply that later.  I am still gazing through all of the posts, but may have questions...very excited.
