Where do I find my airline information from fly2fun?

I have only booked through Fly2Fun once, which was recently.  When I booked I got a confirmation, which I printed.  That was the only thing I got from Carnival’s Fly2Fun until the flights were actually ticketed, about 30 days before my cruise.  At that time I received a new confirmation for the cruise with an additional page at the end showing the flights.  Before I received it I could go into the airline website and select seats, but nothing showed under “manage my cruise.”  Hope this helps.

That's my issue.  I didn't print the confirmation page.

I had been having problems with the website for days and would book my fight, then not be able to pay, for DAYS, kept telling me they couldn't process my payment, I printed it out every time, like half a dozen.  Was expecting the same payment issue, so I didn't print it (dumb me).  Finally the payment was accepted, BUT I never printed it out.

Now, I can see on the booking summery that "The Travel Services department is working on your flights, for general airline baggage fee information click here.".  No flights or airline is listed.

Cruise is in 10 days!  Lets hope they actually book my flight.

If you cruise in 10 days you have to get some information ASAP.  Do you even know the airline you’re on and the flights and times?  You should probably contact the Fly2Fun department.  Their phone number is 1-800-321-6666.  If you don’t get the information you need, ask to speak to a supervisor.  Good luck!

Just a quick (dumb?) question, did you save any confirmation emails from Carnival for the booking that the Fly 2 Fun is for? My flight information was attached as a PDF.

I foind this in my deleted emails before they disappeared forever.

Not specific to your question. I print a copy of EVERY email confirmation from any business that has to do with my cruise: cruise line, hotels, parking company at the pier.    everything. And I take it with me just in case it's needed. Better to have it and not need it, that to need it but not have it. :classic_wink:

Also, upon reading again your question, have you checked in for your cruise, whichbshoukd have been open to you at 14 days prior to cruise? I read that once you check in- the F2F info appears in the booking summary and supposedly the info also preloads into your arrival to port info.

But the attachments don't usually print automatically with email...

That's why you have to open the attachment, THEN print the attachment, and the confirming email, of course

Yup, checked in for the cruise and it states

"The Travel Services department is working on your flights, for general airline baggage fee information click here."

So, I guess I'll call them tomorrow, BEFORE 3 PM California time, since I just called and they are closed.  Sure, people don't travel after 6 PM eastern time on weekends, nope nope nope (sarcasm).

I booked the flight after doing the check in.  SIGH!

Thanks for the help all, I'll figure this out eventually or I'll book the same flight independently and get a refund.

My own dumb for NOT printing THAT one!

Call me confused.  I can't find my airline booking number anywhere on the carnival website.  I can see where I was charged, but, well, I feel like I'm going in circles.

Me too! I just changed my flight and can’t find the new information. I had the old flight information!

Fly2Fun doesn’t provide much information, and a couple of months ago I was going through the same thing.  I had the printout from when I originally booked my flights, but schedule had changed and I wasn’t provided the new information.  The Fly2Fun information says the flights will be ticketed approximately 60 days before the cruise, but mine weren’t ticketed until about 30 days before the cruise.  During that time I made many calls to Fly2Fun, mostly without success.  Finally I spoke to a supervisor and within 24 hours I had all the information I needed, the flights were ticketed, and everything was fine.  It was sure frustrating though.  I wish you luck in getting this sorted out.

I changed flights this week for June 10 cruise. The attachment people have directed me to (thank you!) says: “Please check in at the ticket counter of the “Operated By” airline.”

My cruise manager shows it’s paid for. I’ll be calling travel services Monday.

Yes, that’s the document people are referring to.  When your flights are finally sorted out, the airline and flight information will be on that document.  I hope you get it worked out tomorrow.  When I finally spoke with the supervisor, she said to give her 24 hours and sure enough, 24 hours later it was all taken care of.

When you got fly2fun, you selected and purchased the specific flight. Once you have that initial email with your locator number, you can look at the airline website to see if your tickets have actually been purchased yet as opposed to showing as pending. Any changes to the flight can be seen on the airline website and you can also sign up to receive email/text notifications.

I don't see the locator number yet. I called my PVP and SHE can't see the flights either! She sent an email to someone which could take 24 hours to respond. This seems weird to me. It's been 6 days since we rebooked our flight.

I was FINALLY able to talk to a service rep at carnival today.

Nope, they can't tell me the flight, the airline or the time.  Said that it would update in 48 hours.

And I have 7 days until the cruise.

AND the price fell.  Wonder if I can ask for that?

I got an email today with the correct (new) flight information! I had to get the Airline App to do work for passports, etc. It was time consuming, so be sure to do it early.

When I was trying to track down my flight information a couple of months ago, I also had someone tell me it would update in 48 hours, and it didn’t.  After that 48 hours is when I called and said I needed to speak with a supervisor.  The supervisor seemed to take ownership of the problem and said she was emailing the department that actually does the ticketing, and asked me to be patient for another 24 hours.  The ticketing was done within that 24 hour period.  I will think long and hard before I use Fly2Fun again, although everything did turn out all right in the end.

That's what happened to me.  I waited the 48 hours, no update.  I called AGAIN and was transferred (and the first call dropped, so had to wait on hold again).  Finally talked to the 'travel specialist' who said they'd take care of it and to expect a call-back shortly.  No call ever happened.

So called again today (well, yesterday), waited for an hour or so, listening to the carnival commercials telling me what a great job they're doing.  After giving my information to the customer service rep, I received an email with my flight information as I was giving the information.

3 days before my cruise, I have a flight.

I'm hearing on FB boards that others on the same ship don't have their flights either and yet others that never got any flight information.  In my case, my local airport is small, like 6 flights a day small, but can you imagine cities like San Francisco, Seattle etc?

I can't honestly say that my phone time corrected the issue, it may have happened organically if I hadn't freaked out, then again...

This is scary ridiculous.

I had MUCH better luck calling the travel specialist number. I wasn't on hold and got people who could help. ALTHOUGH, when I wanted to cancel/rebook, I got a dud. I told my husband that it all depends on who answers the phone. He said to call right back to see if I got someone different. IT WORKED!
