Onboard Stateroom Credit

Recently, I was on a RC cruise and purchased a "Book Now or Book Later" which allows you to peruse Celebrity cruises at my leisure and book one within 2 months.  With that, you also get an incentive of onboard credit per stateroom.  I booked a Concierge Class room, for a 09/08/2022 Equinox sailing, which entitled me to a $150 room credit.  My question is when do I see that?  Do I only see it when I board the ship in my account?  I thought that with RC, you could use it as part of your cruise planner but I don't see it anywhere.  Thanks for your help.

Should be visible in your "Cruise Planner".  Many times there is a pop-up but there it is always listed at the top of the screen if available.

You should see OBC in your cruise planner. If it’s not there, call.

That's what I thought but didn't see it anywhere.  I did only book yesterday so perhaps it hasn't shown up yet but..................... Thanks for your expediency.

Thanks.  Same sort of site on RC also but it currently isn't showing up on Celebrity.  Guess I'll have to call; ugggg

I'd call.  I had something similar happen, but my TA caught it and got them to apply the credit.  It shows up on my account when I log in.

Go to "manage cruise" and open "excursions" or other such as dining and you will see the amount pop up at the top of the page. No need to call.

So, no answer as of yet.  I was on hold for about 45 minutes only to have the agent tell me that he can't answer my question as it is with a TA now.  Waiting for her reply.  Thanks all for your advice.

It took ours a few days to appear in the planner.
