I know it's not me, but....

I just booked a cruise on Seashore today.  I haven't been on MSC for several years.  I seem to have forgotten how confusing their website is.

Any tips?  I have a headache and will try again tomorrow.

Don’t try to change things after you book.  Actually, I’m having better luck with this fall’s cruise than I did for last December. I’ve already got my luggage tags available - before PIF deadline; last time it was within the 20-day mark of sail date.

I’m hopeful that things continue to go this smoother way.

Good luck and Bon Voyage.  Leave some pizza for me!

You are happy with your booking, so do not call to change anything. You won't recognize your booking afterward.

Agree....

I've found that the best way to handle things if  you want a change (with refundable deposit) is cancel and rebook.

There are times when I see prices/cabins available on the website but the representative gives me a different but higher price or can't find the cabin.  The integration of the website/representatives is awful.

There is a reason why many TAs don't deal with MSC.

ETA...a "cruise concierge" keeps calling me and leaves messages.  If I have an issue with "next and third" booking for the same cruise I'll let him try to sort things out.
