It depends on the ship. On one ship-pre-covid, we went down to read the dining room menus at lunch time and there was a line up for the Pub Lunch (in the dining room)! No mention in the patters.... 🙄

It's nothing much...maybe a separate check-in line, but many times it's longer than the other line.

 

As for your mini, you'll still get something with bubbles in it, not sure if you can call it champagne.
