Gift package - not delivered

So disappointed!  I ordered a birthday package for my aunt who turned 97 the day the cruise embarked.  It was never delivered.  😠

Just not good business. I get that cruise ships are under staffed, so maybe they ought to suspend the gift options until they are fully staffed.  Waiting to hear back from them.  I gave them all information, ship, sailing date,  reservation number., cabin number,  order number, name of person in cabin...

This is not necessarily a COVID restart staff related thing - that was happening pre COVID as well. Sometimes, shoreside info doesn't make it to the ship or is overlooked on the ship - not low staffing related.

Is the cruise ongoing?  I've had items delivered later in the cruise even though the description says it will be in the cabin on embarkation day.

Happened to me on Radiance for my wife’s birthday a few years ago. Bought the pkg, they were supposed to decorate the room while we were at dinner to surprise her. 
Came back - Nothing. 
I complained about my disappointment and they gave me a $2 bottle of wine…..

So sorry that happened...but can I say how great it is that your aunt is still sailing at 97???  Good for her!

I was on July 22 ,2022 cruise on Oasis . I pre  purchased Birthday decor for my  Grandson who we brought on the trip to celebrate his 10th Birthday.  No decorations ... an apology  letter   for the inconvenience.

A reimbursement of the $39 to OBC.  A Birthday Cake that was beautiful and a plate of chocolate covered strawberries which he loved ..  I was ok with all that . I was disappointed that they didn't  notify me that they were unable to fulfill my order  so that I could have brought my own decorations .  I was notified so many other times when I made changes to my booking or they emailed me of changes that they made like time changes to port arrivals  and excursion  times . Seems like a simple  email that could have been sent. .  other wise great cruise
