broadwaycam Posted July 31, 2022 #1 Share Posted July 31, 2022 I'm curious if anyone knows when Adventure of the Seas is scheduled to get the Royal Amplification?
Rare RobInMN Posted July 31, 2022 #2 Share Posted July 31, 2022 When COVID started, and all cruising was shut down, all amplifications where postponed/cancelled. There has been no word from RCI about any rescheduling of amplifications of any ships. Originally, Explorer and Allure were scheduled for 2020 and Liberty and Adventure for 2021. Allure has just 3 unaccounted for days between now and 2024. Adventure has 0. If the previous schedule holds, and they do Explorer and Allure the first year (2024 at the earliest), then that would put Liberty and Adventure at 2025 at the absolute earliest. Now, if you go and read the RCI stock threads, those days could be optimistic due to debt load and profitability.
SargassoPirate Posted July 31, 2022 #3 Share Posted July 31, 2022 Oh geeze, I thought this was going to be a thread about over-amplified production shows and Melanoma Deck Caribbean bands. Nevermind.

I would be happy with never--the so-called amplification just adds more cabins and takes away complimentary amenities, like the nice fitness center. The only amplification happening is adding to the crowding and adding to Royal's profits.

It already has plenty of cabins for a ship 1020 ft and guest capacity of 3835 Before the Voyager added cabins, same size ship guest capacity was 3114
