When is Celebrity App available

We've got a cruise booked for 17 June 2023. I seem to recall that on past cruises that I was able to access the App to look for shore excursions and dining straight away. All I'm seeing is "We are working on the fun, check back soon". I've tried reinstalling the App, no difference. When is it typically available?

We found that it was much closer to sail date before the app was populated with cruse information, especially meals. Excursions are available on the website very early although there are changes and specials that appear as the time approaches.

You can always just go to your cruise planner and see if they have anything open there yet as well.  But ten months away it is probably not very likely.

I've found they may show some stock information at about 3 months out but is unreliable.  If you want a good idea of your cruise find your ship and a current cruise with same Itinerary -  It will give you a good idea.

 

At about 2-3 weeks prior to sailing they load the real information from the stock information initially loaded.

I'm 6 days out from mine and it still has no information for activities etc, is that normal?

 

I can see what I have booked for shore excursions and dining but nothing else (I know spa won't show). Not really worried as I have my pass that's the main thing but more curious

lol ok so not just mine then - it seems everyone's behind these days, I just had to emailed my HR department on my new hire because there was 0 communication on if everything was ok to move ahead as I need to submit tickets to IT before I get on a plane on Friday.

We sail September 1 and I have been able to see my shore excursions, dining reservations and other information for at least the past month on my phone Celebrity App

Those I can see, it's the daily activities etc I can't see and my cruise is on Monday
