Agree. Call ahead. It took us about an hour of meetings with the loyalty ambassador onboard to get our kiddo upgraded to our status. They didnt want him in the diamond lounge with us because he wasnt diamond plus. (And they did allow children that were diamond or above) Now he is showing up diamond plus on our reservations for our next trip.

3rd person. OP's native language is not English and the whole 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th thing can be very confusing. My DH always gets them mixed up.

Gotcha, I didn't even notice the location... I intended to just tease the person, but I wouldn't have done it if I'd noticed -- I have a lot of respect for people who speak more than one language!
