One other thing to try if the booking has two different last names - try the other one. Also, ensure you opt in on the communication page of your profile. BND Posted August 26, 2022 #33 Share Posted August 26, 2022 This past year we've received the email around final payment (b2b last Nov, b2b in April and a cruise in July) but for our upcoming Jewel Nov b2b, nothing so far. Not that I plan to bid as we want to keep the same cabin for both legs, I just checked and neither are sold out. Our roll calls are really small for some reason so the topic hasn't come up yet.
