mz-s Posted August 25, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 25, 2022 All the rooms face the same way, generally speaking, so your headboard won't be directly opposite your neighbor's.

n6uqqq Posted August 25, 2022 #4 Share Posted August 25, 2022 On the Spirit class you generally will be headboard to headboard, as the bathrooms are paired together. The headboard is on the same side as the bathrooms on this class of ship. The room doors open away from the side where the bed is.
Rare TravelE Posted August 25, 2022 #5 Share Posted August 25, 2022 Sort of. Bathrooms are adjacent so they can share plumbing. So if the bathroom is on the same side as the headboard then it will share a bathroom and headboard with the next room. Rooms with adjoining doors (inside the cabin) are aligned foot to foot. On some of those HC cabins there is a push button on the headboard in case there is a need for assistance. Without going into details (TMI), the damn thing got accidently pushed. Overheard on the speaker, Mr. _______________ is everything ok? Me, OH! Sorry didn't notice that thingy in the wall was pushed. Speaker. Are you sure everything is ok? There was a strange noise coming through here.

SCBarker Posted August 25, 2022 #9 Share Posted August 25, 2022 For the most part, outside rooms (balcony, oceanview, porthole) will be headboard to headboard and interiors have headboards facing the door.

And this is true whether the bathroom is on the same wall as the bed or not.
