This is some of the information from the website;   beelehavre.com

This is what we have decided to do on our port day as you get three hours in Honfleur and it is 25 Euros per adult.

I wouldn't do it if it was raining though.

We were in Le Havre three days ago. The shuttle into Le Havre was $19.95pp. Our group of six picked up a taxi van at the port to Honfleur for €25pp return. We arranged a pick up time and didn’t pay until we were back at the ship. A brilliant day and our driver recommended a restaurant for lunch- modules et frites followed by tarte Normande washed down with local cider, delicious!

The bus plus shuttle to where the bus starts was approx €45pp compared to our taxi of €25pp. A board at the exit of the cruise terminal stated that a taxi for 1-4 people to Honfleur was €130 return. Hope this helps.

Was this shuttle price RT and did one have to register before or are they just waiting there for pax? I am googling trying to find this bus, or is it cruise line organized? thanks!

The price is RT and I think tickets were purchased from a desk in the cruise terminal.

When we were last in LeHarve on Celebrity the port shuttle into town was 5 Euro per person but it covered local transport within the city.  We took trams to the beach and around the city before returning to the ship.  It was a day pass and worked out well for us.

don't want to spend $100E for a taxi

. NOMAD CARS run buses more frequently than some other companies and journey time is around 30 minutes. Be aware you would need to get to the bus station/gare routiere to board.

Unsure why you have been quoted 100 euros for a taxi as travel time in a taxi should be a little under 30 minutes and 100 euros for that time period would be very high. Maybe get another couple of quotes?

Our first visit we took the public bus each way, on our second we shared a taxi (and the cost) with fellow pax as others were also going to Honfleur and  that was right at the dock. We took it only one way., only had to arrange a meeting time for all for the return to le Havre and picked up a taxi from Honfleur one way back to le Havre.

Back in 2018 we took Bee LeHarve to Honfleur. At the time we were on a trolley which we picked up in the center of LeHarve that took us to Honfleur where we had 3 hours free time to explore and then we were dropped off at the cruise dock. We easily walked into town but was aware shuttles into town were also available. It looks like they still run this but maybe a larger bus than the smaller trolley that we were on. Check out their website. I would recommend this company. We enjoyed our experience with them.
