Wellness Check

Our cruise is tomorrow!  Yay!  I've attempted at least a dozen times to complete the Wellness Check on the app.  I get a "something's wrong and try again" message.  What happens if we can't upload the information?

Maybe the wellness check is not well.

Hope you get it working, but if not, you can do it at the port upon checkin.

And in reality... I *think* you HAVE to still show them your card regardless as to whether it was uploaded or not.  That whole "upload the card" bit I think was just somebody's idea as to "What can we have the app do?"  I doubt that it was driven by actual requirements spec.

If you get it to work, you may be the first! Being your paperwork with you (proof of vaccine and, if required, negative test result) and you will be fine.

Yah, it would be great if the app actually worked as it's designed to do.

I thought the "Wellness Check" is the same thing as that little card we used to have complete at check-in at the port, attesting to good health that day.  

 

If you can't do it on-line, you can do it in person.

Wellness Check is now one question - have you had any Covid symptoms in the past 7 days - Yes or No.  We uploaded our Vax cards months ago and did the wellness check yesterday - got the green check so we are good to go, BUT they will still ask to see the card and will probably still ask the Covid question at checkin.

I just want to add that t h e app let me upload the picture of my husband's vax card

When I try to upload mine the app boots me out and it closes!
