Trays for use in the buffet … Britannia .. yes or no.

Have cruised P&O before but recently Princess where there are no trays in the buffet.  Do Britannia have them?

Yes all P&O ships have trays in the buffet.

Thank you .. that’s how I remembered it.  Wasn’t sure if Covid had changed things onboard.  👍🏻

Heard that currently there is no Grab and Go or afternoon tea in the dining room.  There was a lot of obvious cost cutting on Princess last month to the point where it impacted the whole cruise experience.  Hoping it’s less obvious on our Britannia sailing.  Although staffing seems to be a problem on all the ships.

We have been with Celebrity and RC in the last couple of months. No noticeable staffing problems.

They do pay more than P&O, which might well be why.

We were on the false start cruise, so it may have been a covid measure. But, my memory is not what it was !

Maybe that was when they were serving you in the buffet, now they are back to self service maybe the trays have returned.

There were trays on Iona a couple of weeks ago, usually dripping with water that's how I know for sure.😄
