Can't see beverage package in reservation

Please pardon my rehashing a question. I've searched and can't seem to find the topic that I remember addressing this very subject. When I look at my booking, I can see the included gratuities as well as dining time, etc. What I cannot see is the included internet or beverage package. I find the website to be fairly horrific to navigate, as I am constantly being redirected and told that pages can't be found. Can you please shed some light on this? Thank you for indulging a Celebrity newbie!

I would suggest looking at your Celebrity Booking Confirmation that would have been e-mailed to you.  It will be listed in codes but it will be there.  Everything you have will be listed.  If you booked with a travel agent, you still should have received it.

As for the website, there isn't always a place that has everything you are getting.

Some places to look:

1. If you have already checked in for your cruise, you will see either CALL (Classic) or PALL (Premium) on your XPRESS Pass and that's for the beverage package.

2. In your Cruise Planner under Order History. Click on your initials (top right corner) and a drop down menu will show choices.  Not everything always shows up for me though and/or there will just be pictures without descriptions.

3. In the App, within the far right page it will show the internet you have.

As a note: The Cruise Planner may show that you can buy a beverage package or upgrade.  Don't let this fool / scare you.  Sometimes that's how it is.  I usually call and they correct it but for my upcoming cruise,  it still shows I can upgrade, even though I have the Premium Beverage Package, and I've called.

To confirm what you have, the Booking Confirmation is key.  You can also call and have them confirm what you have and then ask for a Booking Confirmation to be e-mailed to you.

Sailing with friends on the Beyond on 10/26.

They are in the Retreat and are PALL.

Earlier this week , he had the same issue but his actually seemed to be canceled.

He contacted the agent who booked through the casino and she intervened and straightened it out.

We have the same problem.  We have AI and I upgraded to premium alcohol but DH didn’t want to. Our express pass shows my PALL but no beverage package for DH.  I called  Celebrity because I wanted to be proactive and not have to figure it out onboard. They said they couldn’t find it and to call mt TA.  I emailed our TA and she contacted Celebrity and they had all our perks.  I called Celebrity to confirm.  They again told me they couldn’t find it. I have all our documentation so I guess I will fight it out on board.  It was just a hassle. When we had dedicated Captains Club representatives I never had a problem. They were so proactive with problems.  Now I felt that they thought I was just disturbing them.  There should be better communication between TA and Celebrity.  Not sure if it computer systems that can’t talk to one another. Take care.

Mine shows the beverage package for me but not my husband…very strange

Mine just shows a picture of the Beverage Picture --- no words or name but for Internet It shows one package for 2 and another in my name only for 1.    Celebrity IT is almost comical.

I would not worry about it.

Having said that on our Summit Cruise there was a screw up and drink packages were not on the seapasses of 60% of the guests on the ship.     The line for CS was all the way up the stairs and into the Martini Bar.    They did end up giving those affected an OBC as an apology.

Thanks Jim.  I wasn’t too worried but wanted to avoid a trip to CS on the first day. I appreciate your answer. Louise

When I choose Plan my cruise -  Go to the top right circle with initials in it -  choose Order History -  Choose the ones with Zero total paid -   My agent also breaks it out on the Celebrity Invoice and shows in greater detail showing all the perks.

If you booked with an agent you can call and ask for a copy of your booking.   If booked with Celebrity

I have used  Celebrity automated line several times to request copies of invoices...  if you're in the US you might try 888-307-8413 and follow the prompts.  It is very easy and I believe only requires your booking number.

For drinks I see this

and for  Internet I see this
