Question for someone currently on the Nieuw Amsterdam

I am seeing on various FB posts that some of the ships are not giving out the plastic tote bags and the key cards do not have a hole/slot for using a lanyard.  We were on the NS in Feb/Mar and they gave us the bags and the key cards came with a slot.  For guests currently on the Nieuw Amsterdam in the "lower end cabins" - are you getting the plastic totes and do the key cards come with a hole/slot for lanyard or will they punch them at guest services?  Thanks - we sail on the ship in 2 weeks.

I think Nancy @oakridger is either on or just off the NA, although I can't testify she has/had a lower end cabin!

Hi!  NA did not give me a tote. I didn’t ask for one because I have way too many already of all types!  I haven’t seen anyone carrying one around during the last four weeks so take that info as you like. 😉. I’m in a signature suite. My key card does have a hole in it.   Someone asked about metal walls and I tested the wall behind my bed with the magnet on my Kindle cover and the wall was attracted to the magnet.    Any other questions?  I’ll answer what I can!    ~Nancy

Since you offered...Have you noticed if they do Afternoon Tea on NA?  Is it just on Sea Days or every afternoon?
