poocher Posted November 25, 2022 #26 Share Posted November 25, 2022 Kids are certainly allowed in the bars on board and can get a non alcoholic beverage.

Of course but depending on age they run out of patience quickly.
Rare BecciBoo Posted November 25, 2022 #28 Share Posted November 25, 2022 We had family reunion cruise and had 16 peeps. Emailed RCLDining and they set us up with 2 long tables at the back of the dining room. Worked out great. I think there 10 at one table and next to that was another table for 6 others. Right ages 2 to 14. We like dining together and seeing the variety that everyone orders. I think traditional dining for us is the way to go. Thanks everyone! Folks can leave in groups of 4-6, or simply socialize for a while, then take off for a show and dine late. there's too much stress and politics involved in large group dining. Do group cocktail hour instead. Experiences differ widely. We are a pretty close knit group of family and friends and enjoy each others company and have a lot of fun traveling together. Everyone looks forward to being together for meals. It would be totally foreign for us to split up for dinner. Other than the first day, it is not necessary to march into the MDR as a group (traditional dining). People show up and go directly to the table. If someone can't make it for some reason they will let someone else in the group know.
