The crew serves entrees, sides and assembles salads. Guests have always been able to take bread, beverages, cookies, desserts, sandwiches and a few other pre assembled foods. The only thing self-serve on NA last month was the plated desserts in cold case. Bread, sandwiches, cookies were all served by crew. I thought it was fast, efficient, and clean. Maybe YOU practice good hygiene, but too many people simply do not. I see no advantage to self-service; it is an admission of understaffing issues. 3

There was, it is only with the pandemic that they sealed off some items. Now they are loosening constraints but they are still a service buffet. Just the facts. I stated my opinion earlier and I am entitled to that opinion, I am not managerial material.
Rare BetsyS. Posted November 23, 2022 #53 Posted November 23, 2022 LMaxwell - I agree with you. I have been on 4 HAL ships and ALL the crew take pride in their work. They go above and beyond. 3
