Allure of the Seas out of Galveston - show time and dining questions

Heading out on the Allure on Jan 22, 2023 and wanting information on what the show times are and what nights the special shows (Mamma Mia and the ice skating) run.  Wanting to make specialty dining reservations and need more help planning.  Not finding any information or in other posts.  Thanks!

She just started sailing from there recently so it might be a while to get some info but you can find all/most of what you want via the app - set it to the current sailing.

No, you can reserve as soon as you get on board with the app.  Ice show was walk in last week when I went and so was the diving show.  Had no problem getting Mama Mia reservations.

We found, across the board, that eating early (5:15 seating) was best.  That way, you have the entire evening OPEN to do as you wish and not have to worry about getting seating. (Usually finsih eating by 6:45...)  For shows that we really want to see, we send in a single person of our party (taking one for the team) to get in the venue and hold some seats for 30+ minutes until the rest show up.  If you have to worry about getting seated for dinner AND there is a massive line, you lose the opportunity of getting great seats or missing the first few minutes of a show or not getting in to a show if you don't have reservations.

You do not have to wait until on board to reserve the major shows. I am not sure how close to your sailing they will allow but I was able to schedule shows several weeks ago for Allure leaving Dec 4.

How to show reservations show up on the app.  Will there be a "button" at the bottom similiar to Dining and Excursions?  or do you find them some other place?  I am sailing in March and currently there are no shows listed.

They may show up in February in the planner and perhaps the app.

This was posted on another similar thread.  Might change a bit by February/March.   Also, as noted, the Allure is one of the ships that is supposed to allow you to book (approximately 45 days) prior to boarding so you can plan ahead if you want.

We are sailing on 12/23 and I was only able to book the water show, Ice games and Mamma Mia. 

 

Where are the other shows listed, specifically the headliner and adult comedy shows?
