Non-alcoholic drinks packages

I've looked at my reservation online and there are lots of offers on pre-cruise purchases of excursions/drinks packages etc but no non-alcoholic or water packages are available to purchase online via my reservation. Is this going to take a lengthy phone call to sort out?

There are a few threads about changes to drink packages being effective today.  Probably will want to wait until X finishes those changes in their systems to know what's possible or call someone and ask them directly.
