Haven Upgrade

Just received our upgrade to the Haven for our Panama Canal trip.   Does anyone know if laundry is included?   I don't see it on web site, but I thought I read on the board that is was or at least at 1/2 price.

No laundry included, but there will be specials.

Which I've always found odd.  Club Balcony Suites (formerly Junior Suites) get one bag of laundry per cruise.  But real suites and the Haven do not...

Great if you're Platinum, but not everyone in a suite is.

If you can afford a cruise you can certainly afford to pay for a bag of laundry.... First world problem

Wait for the $29 special. Everything you can fit in a a bag for a flat fee.

Fabric bags were provided on a recent Prima cruise in the Haven. They could really be stuffed. It was a deal for $29.

 

We sailed Saturday, If I'm remembering correctly, laundry was collected on Tuesday and returned Wednesday.

The laundry service is not fabric friendly, just saying, don't send anything out that is not going to do well with hot water and high heat dryer.   Even on a 14 day cruise we can do without anything but underwear being sent out.  Good Luck

All Haven trips we've been on have a large fabric bag.  We send out whenever and back next day or day after.

 

Never had issues with any shrinkage or damage.

Same with us. They do laundry much better than I do so I will gladly let them do it every time.
