GateGuardian Posted December 28, 2022 #1 Share Posted December 28, 2022 I just booked a cruise on the Scarlet Lady for next week and notice they don't have any PRIDE/LGBTQ+ meetups. It is hard meeting other gay people? I usually rely on these meetups as my gaydar is kinda broken. LOL
Roneill76 Posted January 4, 2023 #2 Share Posted January 4, 2023 We just sailed on Valiant Lady and fell in love with Virgin. There are no "official" meetups but about 30% of your ship will be LGBT. Get to know the "Happenings" crew. They will make your experience better. Everyone we met was extremely friendly especially towards the end of the cruise around Scarlet Night. We are bringing a lot of our gay friends to the July 15th sailing on Scarlet Lady. Enjoy your sailing. It really is a different vibe due to Adults only.

You might have just tipped the scale on this one LOL.
starri Posted March 22, 2023 #4 Share Posted March 22, 2023 Depending on your interest level, Atlantis is doing a Southern Caribbean cruise from San Juan on Brilliant Lady next year. Given the ship, it’s likely going to be at least fractionally more sedate than the big party cruise on the Oasis.

I mean, Atlantis has at least three VV cruises on offer for next year. It's clearly working for someone.

They chartered Valiant Lady (was originally Brilliant Lady but when it was delayed it changed) out of San Juan in March, and then two cruises on Resilient Lady first from Athens to Barcelona and then Barcelona to Southampton in August. This is in addition to the big cruise on Oasis of the Seas and the inevitable Mexican Riviera cruise in the fall in terms of big ships, and then their more exotic Med cruise on Oceania Riviera in July. Right now, I’m booked on Oasis, Valiant Lady, and the Athens-BCN leg. Edited October 14, 2023 by starri
