Status and points not showing up on Royal's website?

Thought it might be just my browser, but I am getting this on multiple computers and from multiple IP#'s 

 

On royalcaribbean dot com, normally it shows your status and cruise points in the upper right, but for the last 2 days, it has been saying status and points cannot be shown right now - check back later.   

 

Just me, or is anyone else experiencing this?

Just found a tip on another forum , you can delete a number on your c&a number then retype it and hit save . So far mine is back .

For some the remove and reapply the CAS # works even when it glitches and doesn't complete the save and you save again.  

 

A couple weeks ago my cruise points posted for a cruise but they only appeared in the past cruises, my points displayed didn't go up.  They asked me to remove and reapply my CAS # which didn't work so they did something else that fixed it.

Mine have been out three days but came back overnight

My points are there, at least most of them.  Hopefully will autocorrect?

I changed the last number of the C&A number, and then changed it back to my real number... the status and points are now correct
