Gala night question

Does anyone know exactly which nights are gala nights? We're going on an 11-day Caribbean trip on the Rotterdam in March and would be great to know for planning. Many thanks!

Sea days.

Do you know specifically which? For example, our trip has two sea days upfront (after embarkation day, there's sea day #1 and then sea day #2). I imagine it's sea day #1?

My best guess would be March 20 & 27...........🤔

Since I downloaded the 11-Day Rotterdam MDR menus in December, the Silver Gala Night menu was served on the third day at sea and the Gold Gala Night menu served on Day 10.

The first night isn't ever a gala night. The sea days are typically gala nights. 7 day cruises have 2, and I'm not sure about 11 day cruises, but I would guess you will have 2 or 3.

Also the last night is never a Gala night, which harks back to the days of tuxedos and gowns -- which would have to be packed away to be picked up at midnight! If you don't have a late-in-trip seaday, that is not the last night -- look for a port day with an earlier all-aboard time.

We are currently on the Rotterdam 11 night Caribbean - Dressy nights are the first and next to last sea day.
