Messaging feature

I wanted to send a private message to a fellow CC poster, but when I tried I got a message that this feature was disabled. Since I am pretty IT unfriendly, I looked around but could not find how to enable this feature. Any help would be appreciated.

You can't. Messaging is not enabled on this board.

It is only used by the moderators if they need to contact us.
