Open seating in the MDR Liberty of the Seas on overnight in Bermuda

When we had a late night in Victoria on Ovation they had "open seating" in the main dining room.  The waiter explained it was due to many passengers eating in port and it was more convenient to do that than the My time or traditional times.  Liberty of the Seas sill stay overnight in Bermuda will they do the "open seating" instead of early/late seating or Mytime?

Last October on the Adventure it was regular seating when we over-nighted in Bermuda. What difference does it make anyway?

Surprisingly, the majority of people will eat on the ship in Bermuda. In the evening, transportation out of the dockyard is minimal, leaving just a handful of restaurants, that are a bit costly.
