Prima in PC

Last minute change to use Terminal 3 today (completely outfitted and decorated as a Carnival Terminal). Had to be totally strange to walk in and see Carnival pictures, photo backdrops, and verbiage for anyone boarding Prima today!

Moved to terminal 3 today so they could replace one of the anchors. Our disembarkation was very fast and efficient and complimentary shuttles were available for those who parked in terminal 5.

Any idea what happened to the anchor? Did they loose one?

I’m only speculating, but I wonder if NCL is happy with Finatieri compared to Meyer Werft?  New ships always have maintenance challenges, especially new designs.  But it seems excessive. I also think with even more increased social media presence, we all become more aware of issuers faster and more often!

Kind of strange, you don't just loose a 20 ton anchor Lol

I kept looking for it to the north of us but not there then I saw it way over there.

 

we have a spare anchor if they need it.

Have no idea.  No mention of any problems until they said we'd be disembarking in the other terminal.

I was on board when they made the change to terminal 3. Said that the anchor was damaged when it got caught on something recently, and they needed the extra length of the terminal in order to perform the maintenance.

Translation: Sid broke it!

The Prima has/had an extra anchor on the bow (this was the view from our forward facing balcony).
