Mudhen Posted March 16, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 16, 2023 Does anyone know when Regent started to keep track of previous cruises? We did one with them before they went AI (2005) and although that cruise shows on our account, it doesn't seem to be included in our cruise nights. I don't understand why it wouldn't be, as Regent is the one who has shown it, but only with a dash and no nights credited. Any thoughts on this? Or should we just give up on those lost days...? Pcardad Posted March 16, 2023 #2 Share Posted March 16, 2023 Call them - they are the best source for this info.
Rare pappy1022 Posted March 17, 2023 #3 Share Posted March 17, 2023 I was on a Regent cruise back in the late 1980’s that didn’t show upon my profile. My TA called and got them added. They claimed some technical issue about converting older cruises but they still had the information somewhere so they could validate my claim. That gives me hope!. Actually Regent shows the date, the ship, etc. on our account, so they must have that info somewhere. As Pcardad mentions, I've thrown it to our TA to sort out with Regent.
