Yacht Club Butler Question

MSC butler canapés aren't as "standard" as NCL's. With MSC, it's treated as more of a "surprise" than just the standard items on every cruise like NCL does. We've received items on every YC cruise that we have taken and that includes random deliveries on the sundeck as well as on Ocean Cay. We have kids so getting a surprise of gelato for 4 was common.

However, if you communicate with your butler, he/she will bring what you want. Your BLT delivery for every night shouldn't be a problem. You might have to specify if you want crispy bacon or soft bacon. 🙂

When you check into the YC, the Butler will discuss your wants and needs and he'll take great care of you!

If you have a good butler, we have had good butlers and not so good butlers.  Our last cruise our butler was not so good but our friends in the cabin next to us had a different butler and their butler was amazing.

Our Butler was great! In fact, he tried to do too much, like escorting us to the shows each evening. We told him that wasn't necessary! I hope your next Butler is a great one!

Last year on our MSC YC cruise, we mentioned to the concierge the night before we disembarked in Genoa that we were taking the train to Venice. He arranged to have our butler provide a lunch snack for us similar to an excursion lunch sack. It was very thoughtful of them.

In our experience there have been a couple of great 'he' butlers, but the best ones we've had have been 'she' butlers. 😉

Two YC cruises and still waiting for that to happen. It would be nice, but doesn't matter, the YC experience remains my only choice.

I am on right now and have been for 9 days so far.

We told him our needs and wants and it is hit or miss. Mostly miss.

Same with other 2 YC sailings this year.
