Homer accommodations

Any suggestions/opinions for accommodations for two nights in Homer?

We've stayed a couple of times at the White House Inn.  Really enjoyed the location--right on the water and was great place to sit outside with a glass of wine.

We stayed at the Mermaid Bed and Breakfast in Homer ( not on the spit ) several years ago.  It’s above a bookstore and cafe.  enjoyed our stay.

Years ago we stayed at the Land's End Resort.  More recently we have stayed in the beachside condos managed by the Land's End Resort.  On the Land's End website the condos are described as their "lodges."  Each one is unique.  Great place to stay.

Opinions again….Trying to decide… Lands End Inn or Beluga Lake Lodge.

Lands End…resort style?

Beluga Lake…rustic?

Both clean ?

Better location to town?

Hopefully roupa has made a decision.  But just can case they have not I will offer a few more comments.

 

We have never stayed at Beluga Lake Lodge.  

 

The Lands End Resort has nice hotel rooms and a lovely restaurant; it is located at the end of the famous "spit."  The condos, which are referred to as their "lodges" are individually owned condos managed by Land's End Resort when the owners are not occupying their unit.  The condos are right beside the resort and are also on the beach.
