Apex internet…hooray

On our Apex TA last fall the internet was horrible while we were crossing the Atlantic. I am happy to report that the new Starlink system worked wonderfully on the TA that just ended 2 days ago. We never lost signal at all even during moving through a very large storm system in the middle of the ocean. Just thought those sailing soon on Apex would want to know that.

Thanks, I wasn't clear if Starlink worked away from land. Have 2 cruises coming up and 1 of them could be pretty far from land relays.

Check out my separate thread where I posted as well as other the speeds on a daily basis.   I only had one disconnect for 5 minutes and then noted they had switched from a Miami Server to a French Server.

Basic on the Reflection TA was just under 1 mbps every day 

FB , CC worked fine 

Was able to watch a 5 min you tube video 

No streaming of Prime or Netflix 

I forgot to try streaming a music app

People would were working with basic were happy with it
