We are scheduled to cruise from Ravenna port exactly 4 weeks from today. Arranging transport to the cruise terminal has been difficult, and now you add in flood damage and strikes - wow! Certainly a challenging situation for tourists.  However, I am also saddened for the region and all who have suffered the loss of businesses, homes, or lives from the flooding.

I’ve been reading current and near-future Roll Calls. Nobody knows nothing yet, or at least they aren’t sharing what they know.

From what I've read, trains and roads around Ravenna are open today or tomorrow at the latest.

( people have called their hotels to get current updates on the situation).

 

Today looks to be the biggest issue and that's for people who were to board the RCI ship in Ravenna but it was diverted to Trieste.
