Port Everglades to MIA transportation

Is there a means of transportation from Port Everglades to Miami airport that is more economical than using Uber?

More economical? I doubt it, but check to see what shuttle services there. Most don't serve MIA out of Ft Lauderdale. Frequently mentioned here are QLS, SAS, Jiffy Jeff and GO Shuttle.

When I lived in Fort Lauderdale, I took the Tri-Rail all the time, if I had to fly from MIA.

 

You can take a short Uber ride to the FLL Tri-Rail station (Griffin Road & I-95) and then take the Tri-Rail all the way to MIA; it takes less than 1 hour, and the Tri-Rail ticket is $5 (or less) for a one-way fare.  Sometimes the Uber ride is free, as they partner with Tri-Rail, but do not quote me on this.  When you get off the Tri-Rail, you take the monorail into the terminal (AA is the first terminal).

I will second this way of getting to MIA.  I will def. be more cost effective than Uber/Lyft.

The last stop on the TriRail is MIA.

Tri-Rail is an economical option as long as you are not in a hurry.
