Breakfast times and buffet vs ala carte questions

On Splendor, what time are the venues open for breakfast? Is the breakfast buffet or ala carte?  Same questions for lunch and dinner...

Thank you in advance.  I wasn't able to find this information in any of my searches.

On port days La Verandah should be open 0700-1000; on sea days 0730-1000.  Can open earlier if early tours.  Compass Rose is open for breakfast all days 0800-0930.

 

Lunch is 1200-1400 in La Verandah and 1200-1330 in Compass Rose (rarely) or in either of Prime 7 or Chartreuse.  

 

Dinner is usually 1830-2100 in Compass Rose and 1830-2130 in other restaurants; really dependent on how crowded the ship is.

And to complement Marc's answer about the times: Compass Rose is ala carte and La Veranda is mostly buffet, but with some cooked to order options via your server (like omelets and other types of eggs).

Correct, the Pool Grill dinner option was discontinued due (I heard) lack of utilization.

Slightly off topic.  Whenever we thought about just sitting outside by the pool for a quiet meal - there never was anything on the menu that we wanted.  I was always looking for something lite like a chef's salad or cold soup.  Something that went with the warm weather.  I am sorry it did not find its place in the wide array of food offered for dinner on the ship.

Very sad.  We loved an occasional dinner at the pool grill when we were on Splendor.
