Kaj Turinen whereabouts?

Heard a whisper that Kaj Turinen and NCL parted company. He was the GM on the Pride of America and did a great job. Does anyone have any specific information? Thanks…

Do  not know specifically about Kaj, however The Pride does have a NEW GM Relief-- Steven Jacobsen.  Steven left the Jewel to become Relief GM on the Pride.  He will be leaving for vacation today.

Thanks for the update. Steven is top notch or better. He’s gonna be missed on the Jewel. Any idea about Steven’s replacement on the PoA?

Do not know who is coming on as GM.

I did find Kaj on a different social media website still listed as being with Norwegian.  This website tends to be very outdated.

You might want to post on a Pride Roll Call and see if someone woul be kind enough to post the Officers' Picture Board.

Generally don't interact with management but did meet him on POA along Klaus. Very genuine person and liked what he did.

 

I still feel bad I mispronounced his name first time.m

There used to be a thread about where everyone was - is that not allowed anymore?  We're cruising in September on the Joy, but most of the people I've known over the years are gone - either from ships, one on a different line, and one I know passed away from brain cancer.

Yes, there still is a "Where Are They Now" thread, but no one has posted on it in several weeks.  It has been a long time since I have seen a posting about The Pride.
