Web Site Problem?

I'm trying to see what the Konningsdam would cost for Sept, 2025. When I choose the cabin type, it comes up "Error, too big " I tried this with all types and get the same result. Very frustrating.

I was just on the web site booking something and the CC page was pulsing and a message came up that I had 10 minutes to complete my transaction or I would loose my booking.  Strange. However, I was able to complete my transaction.  I also called was able to get someone on the phone.

It's awful slow today, just tried to get on the Juneau web cam site.

I have been getting "Bad request", "Too long something", and "Something's gone wrong!" errors for at least a couple days at varying steps during the cabin selection process. Sometimes all the way to picking a cabin! (but never showing the available cabins). This is true on three browsers and whether or not I'm logged in or trying to make a dummy booking. On multiple different cruises, too. (I was bored last night!)

Same as @crystalspin at different times of day for several days. Tried incognito mode - same.

Hey I was just able to get all the way to cabin choice and summary on some 2024 Med cruises! Not logged in.

 

Keep trying everyone!

It's been fixed. I was able to do what I wanted to now.
