11 day Trans-Atlantic Lisbon-Miami Nov 16, 2023 ==> $349 pp

unlike @coolrider71, upgrading to a Spa Balcony was considerably more (1K +)

Avoiding 🔥- I know OP was asking about 7-day cruises but posted it for comparison and voila! It’s the same for the 11-day as the 7-day

Starting jan 2024 there is no more spa balconies i paid to upgrade to a spa a b9 and now its a ba. They said i stiill have axis to spa but cannot change rooms. Anybody else have same issue.

Yes, NCL has decided to eliminate the "Spa rooms" on the ships for the future.

However, since your cruise was booked earlier, you still retain the Spa access, and any amenities that were included, at the time of your booking.

NCL renaming the room did not change (nor eliminate) your booking amenities.

will they run specials on the spa pass while on board, or is it usually just a better deal to purchase it ahead of time?

Normally, you get a small discount by pre-booking. The prices onbaord may be a bit higher.

For how many days?

Inside cabin 4 days.  The Sky used to sail from Miami to the Bahamas which was a very competitive market.  The weekend Friday to Monday was popular but you could get the 4 day Monday to Friday for the same price.   Cagneys was $25. This was not that long ago 10 years or so.
Those were the days
