If you paid fully by credit card, you will probably get a refund fairly soon. However, it's not so good if you pay with a combination of OBC and credit card. They refund to the OBC balance first and only refund to credit card if your total excursion purchase is less than what you paid by credit card. Example: I have $500 OBC. I purchase $600 in excursions paying $100 by credit card. I cancel $400 in excursions leaving a $200 balance.
