I couldn't work those kind of hours 😅.

The music in empty rooms is frustratingly loud on this ship even by Carnival standards. I needed some quiet time to reflect with my java.

I used to mind the loudness out by the pool. Now I can just take hearing aids out.🤗

Casino continues to be packed. Interestingly the smoking side had a handful of open slots while the non smoking was full. I didn't want to play, just was craving a mango daquiri to enjoy pool side. But each open slot I sat at was quickly swarmed by people looking for a game to play so I have given up my quest as I don't want to take up precious real estate.

I walked by last night about 1:30 and casino was about 80% full still. This morning around 9:30 about 70% full. It is another Elite cruise.

With the weather the way it is, the inside is getting a little crowded all over not just in the casino so I have retreated to my room for the time being. May watch some TV, may take a nap.

Did you ever just try to go and order a drink at the bar?

For "Drinks On Us" thru the casino, you have to be sitting at a machine (and supposed to be actively playing, although the servers dont check) and order from the roaming servers in order to not be charged. At least thats what we were told on our Dream cruise 2 weeks ago from the bar staff when we just wanted bottled waters.

I wondered because on the Magic I could never get a server to come to me so I would just go to bar. I just remembered though I had drinks on us “everywhere”   That’s why it worked for me.

Same on Dream, servers were scarce to say the least. We got tired of waiting and ended up just walking up to one to order 🤣

Drinks on us everywhere is the best 👍

I don't mind it if the situation calls for it. Loud music at the main pool makes sense. Loud music in an empty lounge not so much.

I have never got the drinks everywhere offer sadly. And with my current level of diminished gambling I don't suspect I ever will.

I can't say that I've ever had a problem before. I over tip (bribe) and they seek me out. If that doesn't work, I will scan the floor for a server and go sit down wherever they are.

The issue is, there is nowhere to sit

Literally every single machine is full all day and night. I've never seen it quite this bad. Then when you do get an order in, well there is one server station for every roaming server in the casino so it takes a while for the drinks to come back. Some will use the sports bar and get back to you much quicker but I'm guessing there is a reason they don't all use that option.

Thankfully I have my mobile bar.

Stuart just brought my other bag of laundry.

Thank goodness, I was almost out of clean shorts. I know next time I send out two bags with most of my laundry that I need to do half and half instead of all like items in one bag.

Heading into Malaga now.

That is a light meal?

It was basically a salad sandwich 😆

l hesitate to say this, but it looks as if it could do with a good shake of black pepper.

I had some Sriracha strategically hidden on the back of plate for the fries.
